There are three phases to custom home design at Midwest Design Group, Inc...

1) Design & Development- This stage allows our designer to custom tailor a floor plan and elevation to meet your needs. This "preliminary" Is drawn at 1/8" scale, and provides general information such as approximate square footage and traffic patterns.

2) Rough Draft - The second stage is much like the preliminary, however it is computer generated at 1/4" scale. All major changes to the design should be made at this point.

3) Final Working Drawings - The final stage to home design is producing the construction documents. The final drawings consist of all elevations, flopr plans, foundation plan, and typical cross section. Optional additions to the our standard set can include:
